윌로브룩 모텔

“unfortunately we spent one night here due to car travelling and need to sleep somewhere on the road. The room was dirty, clearly the bed sheets and pillow were dirty with hair on them. The hairdryer full of dust, the towel also were dirty. That was really uncomfortable. Noticed that we notify the stuffs and a old lady came to change at least the sheets, but that was terrible.”

“Staff very friendly, helful and kind, very clean and comfy room.Highly recomend to stay in this place.”

“i booked for a wheelchair accessible room and received a joke. there was a seven inch step into the room, there are no grab bars in the toilet, a wheelchair cannot even fit in the toilet/shower room for transfers. the shower has no place to sit. the ramp up to my hall was steep. if i hadn’t stayed here with friends, i would have been unable to get into my own room. i cannot recommend booking here if you have a mobility aid, because they are not accessible like they claim to be. i have filed a...

“I did not like that my ro room did not have a television and I was never offered to change rooms with the television. I was basically told oh they didn’t tell you a check-in. I also did not like the fact that my room was not cleaned today. I was there. They said my room was not on the list for that day. Something else I was not told now I understand that if it’s an extended stay, I know they don’t clean the rooms every day but again I was not told that my room would not be cleaned on the Sunday...

“Location was ok but bathroom was barely working including sink. Booked first time at super 8 chain and if all of these are like this will never book it. For charge of $100 plus expect room and amenities to be average but this property was almost a 1 star”

“Dirty room no housekeeping very bad and rude attitude from the manager stay Away from this dirty hotel it’s total garbage”

“Too many outside activities late night making noise. Women asking men for ApplePay? so not sure what type of activities going on outside the rooms in the parking lot. HARDEST BED EVER to sleep on. No hair dryer so spouse could not shower wih wet hair and drawers solid so no where to store or hang clothes.”

“Pleasantly surprised by this motel. It's within walking distance to many places, which I did not expect when I initially booked it. The only issue I had was with how loud the doors close. I dont think people realized that when coming in late. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a good trip.”
