"The lobby was clean and inviting! The front desk staff were helpful and in a great mood. The only negative item we encountered was when we got into our room the had terrible mold smell. The air was on but the room still felt damp. We had to get to a concert so when we arrived back the room was still bad. I told the front desk but unfortunately the hotel was sold out and wasn't able change our room. The 9th floor looks like it needs to be updated, the hallway carpet was worn and The parking fills up quickly. I was double charged for parking, the hotel charged me. I have a receipt and then I couldn't get out the parking garage without paying again. Staff wasn't able to help me since I didn't get a receipt from the parking garage. So I'm out $120 in parking."
