"I love this property even tho it has no “frills.” I will stay at the Whitehall each time I come to Chicago.
It’s in a wonderful, safe neighborhood and is one block away from Starbucks, although It is surrounded by high end restaurants and stores. Transportation in all forms are close by. To me, although very affordable, it is the most fabulous hotel in the wealthy Water Tower area. The Whitehall is safe, convenient, has its own restaurant, and is very “high Class” although quaint. I can’t wait to get there again soon."
"Staff was awesome at this well located and renovated hotel. The Gold Lounge was a great feature and worth it for coffee, drinks, food, extra space with views. Staff in gold lounge terrific and kind. Good value at this fairmont."
