"The air conditioner I guess worked it was chilly so we used the heat more so and the hot tub was great one of the knobs was defective but not nothing that was too bothersome. The overall experience was great. The hot tub has a jet on it that good for bad backs…"

"I stayed at the Hilton Chicago/Oak Lawn and honestly had a terrible experience. Around 3 AM there was loud music coming from the room next door, and even after calling the front desk, the noise didn’t fully stop. The walls are so thin you can clearly hear people talking. The room also smelled like weed, likely coming from the neighboring room, which made it very uncomfortable. On top of that, the bathroom door made a loud squeaking noise every time it was opened or closed. I barely got any sleep and woke up multiple times throughout the night because of the noise. Overall, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend staying here."
