โThe staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and welcoming. The hot tub was a great addition to the room. It was a smoking room we were booked in, but the staff were very helpful in providing a liquid spray to get rid of any smoking odors in the room since we were non-smokers. The hotel was very reasonably priced for the amenities provided in the room. My only suggestion would be to include a coffee maker in the room. โ
โ Experience was great. Clean room with that had a nice clean smell. Secure location close to store and shopping and easy access to the highway. Close to Seat Geek Stadium which was reason for the stay.โ
โWe were pleasantly surprised by this property, and wished that our travel itinerary was such that we could have stayed more than just one night. Beth, the innkeeper, is personable and tends to every detail. The property is lovely and peaceful. Great dining options just a walk away, train to the city around the corner, and a lovely neighborhood to walk around and revel in the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright. Highly recommended inn. We shall reurn.โ

โThe manager Ciara, the kitchen staff and the evening housekeeping/ maintenance crew were great They took care of our needs. The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didnโt do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room. The whole day would pass and the evening crew would have to get it for us. The front desk staff with exception of Ciara had NO customer service skills at all. โThis hotel is conveniently located off I55 and close and an easy drive to the city of Chicago for any events and sites you are interested in. Burr Ridge is a cute town with a walkable Village Center. We stay here whenever in the area. Breakfast is nice too.โ
