"My fifteen year old daughter and I were visiting Chicago for her introduction to Big City life. We couldn’t have had a more perfect stay at Level. The staff were so friendly and my daughter commented that they made it feel like we were coming home each afternoon and evening. The amenities are over the top. An ideal place to both work and play. We almost didn’t want to leave but had booked several outings. We felt very safe walking to and from downtown. We enjoyed a night at the Emily hotel Rooftop Cinema just a few blocks away and dinner at the Time Out Marketplace. The bed was incredibly cozy and the full kitchen and washer dryer meant we saved a bunch of money and enjoyed our leftovers from the fabulous meals we did eat out. We will absolutely trust staying here or any sister properties in the future. My daughter actually wants to move in!!"
