I have to book in the last minute because of the flight cancellation. The rooms are very functional, not luxurious at all. But the staff were extremely helpful. And I was looking for a bargain price hotel, which I got.

Last time yes the room wasn’t perfect but this time I live it. Room was onthe side all the way back. Clean. The only thing I hate when shower doesn’t have a hose just that stupid moving head. But I can live with that

Due to the current AUG 2026 storms in the Midwest my travels around Chicago were murky to say the least. I had to find an inexpensive room at 10 PM near O’Hare airport on a Friday night so I’m grateful I landed here for the night as I felt safe in this place, Denny’s 24 hour diner steps away too, so it worked out. The check in was EASY and the office clerk was very kind and helpful. Free cup of fresh brewed coffee ☕️ at the office in the morning. Basic, basic place to crash without fear, thanks

I traveled with my 5yo. Check-in was FAST. Room was very clean, clean sheets, fridge was in working order and kept food very cold. We did see a couple bugs but tbh I think that's par for the course in any kind of motel/hotel situation. Staff was very friendly and cleaned room well while we were out after I asked. Shower was nice and hot!! AC was fantastic. Room could be made very dark with the blackout curtains. It was amazingly quiet and we slept soundly. Lots of food options nearby. We were visiting Rush University Medical and one-way trip varied from 30 min to an hour w the traffic. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it.

Ac works slowly but well. Very quiet which for me is a bad thing, I like the white noise effect. Bathtub had some weird stains and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Tv seemed slightly broken, colors were super dark and slightly grey while there were two super bright white dot areas in the middle of the screen. Bed was too firm but that's a personal preference thing if you get a room closer to the ride please bring some ear plugs, gets very noisy. No microwave or fridge. If you just need a room to sleep and don't plan on spending much time in it then it's fine, gets the job done.

It was OK as a gap filler -- room was clean and bed was good. Flight was cancelled and needed a place to stay close to Ohare for early morning flight next day. Walls are thin and could hear neighbors who for some reason were up all night up to the time I had to leave for 6 am flight. Also under a flight approach so planes litterally going overhead. I slept with earplugs.

This hotel is right under the flight path of the airport so expect flight noise every 3-5 minutes until midnight. The room was clean but towels had visible stains. Neither bedside lights or sockets worked. The only socket near the bed was up on the wall by the wall lamp, about 5 feet up. There was a sign in the lobby saying none of the TVs were working. The wall AC/fan/heater only turned off if you unplugged it from the wall. The slots on it were broken and partly missing and the timer on it didn't work. The whole room smelled strongly of mold. Lots of space for parking. You definitely get what you pay for here.

The staff member who checked me in during the evening (approximately between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM) was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but she made an excellent first impression. She was welcoming, professional, hospitable, and genuinely seemed eager to assist with anything needed. Her positive attitude set the tone for what I hoped would be a great stay. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff during the later shifts was quite different. The front desk employee working overnight came across as abrupt and unapproachable, and interactions felt unnecessarily tense. Similarly, my experience with the morning staff was disappointing. While I fully acknowledge my responsibility for oversleeping and checking out approximately an hour late, the manner in which the situation was addressed felt unprofessional. The use of inappropriate language and the overall tone of the interaction were unnecessary and detracted from the guest experience. As for the property itself, the room was clean and parking was convenient and hassle-free. However, there was a noticeable lingering odor in the room that impacted overall comfort. I would like to extend special recognition to the employee who checked me in. Her professionalism and hospitality stood out and reflected the level of customer service I would have hoped to experience throughout my stay. I only wish the same standard had been maintained by the other staff members I encountered.
