“The staff were very helpful and attentive. We booked a beach view but had more of the pool and above the bar restaurant, which got a bit noisy at times, but pleasant some nights as we listened to performers from our balcony. Transportation was easy to get but pricey. Recommend keeping cash. St. Maarten has become one of my favorite islands and will definitely visit again as there's so much to do we didnt get a chance to do them all during our 5 days stay.”

“It was great overall. Enjoyed walking to Baie Rouge beach, dinners at Mezza Luna and Ma Ti Beach, with exceptional staff. Transport is a must if you want to explore more of the Dutch side.”

“Stayed on the first floor in the studio. Absolutely loved the resort: great and very convenient location, good beach, friendly staff. You can walk to Philipsburg. There’s car rental right on the property. Convenience store has surprisingly good selection of food, alcohol and other stuff, even though quite overpriced. The only thing we didn’t like is that smoking was allowed everywhere which was very disturbing for non-smokers and those with health issues.”

“The place was extremely clean, safe and tranquil.. I honestly have no complaints. Nicco and his family were so welcoming and amazing throughout my stay. The breakfast pastries provided in the morning were absolutely delicious as well. Best sleep ever.💯 One of my favorite parts was that you literally walk out of your room straight onto the beach, which made the experience even more relaxing and beautiful. I will definitely be back! I loved the vibe of the whole area. You do hear the planes...

“Despite Expedia allowing a double booking which prevented us from staying in the room we selected, the staff went above and beyond and provided an outstanding replacement room that we honestly liked better. The food and amenities were excellent. Very glad Nate The Great allowed us to stop at Fairway grocery on the way so we didn't have to eat out all the time. Only downside is the red seaweed/sargam that clogs the bay and beaches. Definitely a must return stay!”

“Had an ocean view room and a beautiful view. Room was very nice. Some restaurants on site and several within walking distance. Housekeeping was excellent. Pools were nice. Would stay again.”

“When we got to the room it smelled so musty. The closest smelled so bad that We decided on just leaving our clothes in the suitcase. The following day we went back to front desk to get the room changed which they did. Really appreciated that. The food options sucks but the hotel location was good. I would only recommend the hotel for location nothing else.”

“Was not what I was expecting from the pictures here on Expedia. Water never got hot but wasn’t freezing cold either. The pool is micro size no exaggeration. Though I was let down I still had a great stay. The staff was great, friendly, and answered any questions I had. My room was clean bed was comfortable. Location was convenient for my plans. No issue refunding deposit on the spot after my room was checked. I wouldn’t mind staying again as it was very affordable and clean”

“Clean rooms with nice staff and a good breakfast but with a nice walk to the beach. Rooms could have had a larger tv with easier use or directions for English. Overall quiet and beautiful with a wonderful experience.”

“Paulina and Jerome, owners, were wonderful hosts. The rooms were comfortable and the daily service very well done. They have hired young people to be available to answer questions and help you make plans, they are trainees and were a great help.”
