"Good stay good location, we hope for a better towel room service, and staff being mindful of guests while in the rooms. Cleaning should only be done when the rooms are empty. "

"I was here for 9 days so I guess my needs were higher. There was really no counter space to make a coffee or use the microwave. Very little place to put my clothes as far as a dresser or closet. It would have been nice to have a least one hook in the bathroom vs. 4 in the main room area. It took a while for the water in the sink to get all that warm. The breakfast was ok. There just weren't many warm options. The daily fruit options were not a great combo for a yogurt parfait (tons of toppings though). Just so you know they do charge you daily to park there. I wasn't expecting that. The people who worked there were nice enough, they almost always greeted me when I walked in."

"Parking was easy and behind the building. The rooms were nice, but it is in a city so it might be loud at night!"

"Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Room, extremely clean and comfortable. Only issue was that there were two of us registered - one washcloth, one towel, two hand towels. I asked a housekeeper in the hall for additional linen - provided her the room number and never heard from her again. Luckily, I had an extra towel with me. 😳. Otherwise, it was a wonderful location."

"The room is spacious and clean, and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was on time and arrived at the airport in less than 10 minutes. Overall, a good value for the location and for what the hotel offers."

"For 2 nights a fecal smell was blowing through our vent. They brought up some type of a blower to help, however when we rebooked the room with the hotel for an additional night, no other compensation was offered. The smell was terrible and the machine was an invasion. We should have been offered some kind of discount."
