This was probably the nicest inexpensive hotel I have ever stayed at. The front clerk was super friendly and gave info on the amenities nearby. The room was super clean and spacious and cozy. I loved the sliding glass door entrance to the room. Great for getting my two dogs in and out. Loved my stay

Fit the bill exactly
I was looking for somewhere to stay 1night with my dog, that did not cost an arm and a leg. It was perfect. When I pulled up to my room I saw there where people on either side of me and I was concerned that I would hear them. Nope. One of quietest hotel experiences I’ve had .

This is a motel, so don't fool yourself and expect a hotel, but as a motel it was excellent. The room was very clean and spacious. All amenities in a motel room itself were present and check-in and check-out were very quick and easy.

The room we were in was not very clean. When we walked into the room it had an overwhelming smell to it, so I turned the ac on and we left for a few hours. There was hair in the tub, the carpet was sticky and wet next to the bed (found that out after I made the mistake of taking my shoes off and ruining a pair of no longer white socks), the tub in our room was extremely slow to drain. It’s frustrating when you spend that much on a room and it’s not in good condition.

I didnt like finding a ball of hair on the floor, and pieces of plastic on the floor. It was like it wasnt vacuumed or cleaned properly

The room was clean. It was good for the price. This is the only motel in this little town so it was fine. Patricia at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

I like i could drive up to the back of my room and take my things in. But there are pop bottles, and a beer can and a automobile parked in the 101 room parking spot so i had to walk around it to bring my stuff to my room.

Comfy no frills motel. Bed comfortable, I had one issue and front desk lady took care of it right away. I would stay there again, thank you Patrice for taking care of things and making our stay pleasant.

Don’t judge a book by its outside cover
I would say the on-site manager is friendly and efficient in taking care of your needs. The outside of the hotel is somewhat off putting can use some cleaning, which I think gives you a low impression of it. The room was dated, but clean and looked like it had fairly new carpet and paint, it serves the purpose of a clean place to sleep. This is not a resort property by any means I would rated as a 2 1/2 and a seven overall on a customer rating. I found Connell to be hard to Plan to get a meal in as restaurants do not hold to posted hours and some will close early around 5:00 and for a breakfast they might not open until late morning

Thanks for stay with us ii agree with you review i want aa clean comfortable place i love you showed the plant i use all the veggies to make special dishes throughout the year when there is quite time in our small little town. Hope to see you again thanks for the travel advise can't wait for our cruise.

If you want good sleep…. Do not stay here. One bed squeaked loudly every time you move. Both beds were horribly uncomfortable. For the money, we should have pesos $20 more and stayed at the Quality Inn.

So sorry to hear this we would have gladly switched your rooms for you. We want all our guest to enjoy their stay here. Most all of our rooms have been updated plush pillowtop beds we do still have a few firms for those who like that style of sleep.

My problem was with Expedia. They listed the property as being in a town 50 miles away from its actual location. I had to ride in the dark through dangerous areas and I couldn't get ahold of anyone at Expedia to help rectify the problem. I went back to booking. Com and I suggest you do the same. Don't trust Expedia.

It was noisy! Air conditioning was so load, hard to sleep. Noisy guest at 10pm and again at 3am.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, sliding patio doors that allow you access directly to your car (in addition to the door to the inner corridor)--this is a very nice place to stay. As others noted, it's an older property, but it's well-maintained and doesn't have the smells that some older places have acquired. Very helpful staff as well. Pasco accommodations have gotten so much more expensive; this is a great alternative.
