Our room was not clean. Someone else’s hair on the pillow. Dirty floor, made your bare feet brown. Soap scum on sink which could have been wiped off but wasn’t. We had three rooms here with family and all thought it was dirty.

Shower curtain had mold/mildew on bottom. Towels were small, old and a bit rough on the body. Roaches in room. Ironing board broken and no hair dryer. Room needed updating. Very noisy location as it is on IH45. Kind of hard to get too and the road was a bit torned up. The other amenities around MCD, Shipley donuts, CVS and few other places were nice and convenient.

Room was absolutely disgusting. Food shoved in peephole. Crumbs and other trash on the floor. Mirrors were visibly dirty. Towels were not clean and a weird brown color. Room has an odd odor and the sheets definitely had not been changed. Several various stray hairs and other signs of use on the sheets. Toilet and surrounding area was stained and visibly not clean. Also very little toilet paper on the roll and no replacement. Tried to change rooms and while the second room was better as far as odor. Room was not clean. Another couple was having a similar experience and had to switch rooms as well.

I just learned from the group I reserved 2 rooms for that the room was TOTALLY unacceptable...dirty conditions, hair on sheets, hugh spot ( of whatever origin) on entering room, over all bad conditions. They refused to stay and I wish I had known earlier. I would have demanded return of my reservation monies. I hope the owning corporation takes action to correct this situation.

It was nice they let us check in early as we were needing to dress for a wedding. When entering the room was very hot. My husband checked the ac made sure it was on so it could be cool upon returing to room after the wedding . Once again it was very hot. It was late so we didn't think anyone would come to fix it Very uncomfortable night especially with my asthma . My husband did report at check out

The bathroom in room 101 had a very bad smell, and the toilet was severely clogged, as was the bathtub and sink. The sheets and towels were very stained. Luckily, it was only one night, but I left with a bedbug in my luggage. It's not a place I want to return to. And I feel sorry for the friendly front desk guy.
