"We have been staying at Melia Paulista for years, and everything has been perfect. This time was no different. The staff could accomodate a last minute change in the reservation, service was efficient and warm, the bar and the restaurant kept its high standard... we cannot recomend it more for whoever plans a business or leisure stay in Sao Paulo."

No entanto, alguns pontos importantes deixaram a desejar no serviço. Ao chegar, não havia sabonete disponível nem para as mãos nem para o corpo, e mesmo após solicitar, não houve reposição a toalha depois de tirar a que tinha, o que acabou sendo inconveniente durante a estadia. Outro ponto que considerei desagradável foi o fato de terem ficado com o nosso cartão do hotel e não o devolverem. Também enfrentamos dificuldades para entrar em contato com a recepção, já que o telefone do quarto não estava funcionando. Entendo que imprevistos podem acontecer, mas esses itens básicos não deveriam faltar, especialmente quando solicitados. Não se trata de um favor, mas de um padrão esperado de serviço."

"In need of renovation. Stained carpets and worn down bathrooms. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast is the biggest downfall. During 3 day stay the same 2 hot options were provided. No variety. Found pieces of egg shell in scrambled eggs, pieces of aluminium in fried bacon. "

The room was not as clean as expected, and the overall maintenance of the hotel seemed below standard. The staff was very responsive when issues were raised. The breakfast options were limited.
