"Beautiful new hotel, in a great location that was very clean and quiet. The reception staff were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel. The only thing that would have made it better was if they offered coffee in the morning. "
"Wonderful hotel, located in great location a short walk from the city center. Staff is very courteous. My second stay here this year and would gladly return."
"Hotel de La Loma was wonderful. It was within walking distance of the plaza. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The service was stellar. The views of the city were breath taking. The room was very comfortable. I'll definitely stay there the next time that I am in Tlaxcala!"
"To park your car you have to walk 5 minutes and the clerk has to open the gate every time. Hotel is on a very busy and noisy street. Not recommended if you want to get some sleep at night."

"The beds were ridiculously hard and the walls were paper thin, like I could hear someone in the neighboring room snoring. In addition, the hot water was, well not. The location is about two miles outside of the center of town and up a steep hill. It seems remote and peaceful, but I could hear trucks going by on the highway all night long. In addition, we could hear fireworks going off. If you don't care about a restful night's sleep, please stay here. That said, the property it's self is located on a lovely and scenic parcel land, however the restraunt was disappointing, dispite an extensive menu many of the items listed are not available or were substituted without consultation.
The highpoint of our visit was Valeria, the desk clerk who was exceptionally kind and helpful. "
"Great location and service. If you want to walk the town alone at night book a weekday trip. If you want to hang out and bar hope, book a weekend trip. The rooms are 5 stars ! "
