โMy stay at Hotel Raรญces de Mar completely met my expectations for a boutique hotel right in the Plazuela Machada. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was perfect! The small soaking pool was refreshing and I enjoyed exploring el Centro from the doorstep.โ
โThis is a brand new hotel that just opened 2 months ago. It was an amazing hotel, very beautiful, in an excellent location in the Centro Historico part of Mazatlan. The rooms were nicely done and comfortable. The service was outstanding. Everyone who works here is very helpful and nice. โThe place was wonderful; however, the communication with those who book the room was horrible. Upon arriving at the spot which I believed to be the hotel, the address given was incorrect, as was the photo. Thank God the folks renting some of the apartments heard my calls and helped me out. The manager, JC, was also amazing!!!!โ
