โThe appearance of the hotel is little bit different but it's never classic nor old fashionable.
They dont think guest's convenience. No even any mirror in the room . I asked to the front desk for fixing the blind of the window in my room but they didn't. If they consider the real manner like the photo, they should have fixed it . I felt bad for staying there. I recommend Merriat residency hotel as similar rate in Concord.

โTom was very courteous and very pleasent when I checked in. He informed me of breakfast times and locations. Pool and gym locations. Tom asked if i wanted to know about any restaurants close by if I wanted to go out for the night. Tom is Truly in the right field of customer service even though my stay was for one night I would return. โ
โI only gave it a 4 because the POOL AREA is undergoing a MAJOR RENNO. It looks like some serious money is being spent to upgrade the pool and surrounding area. THAT IS THE ONLY REASON THEY DID NOT GET A 5 ON PROPERTY and AREA RATINGS. Otherwise a solid 5 as the property is well manicured and kept.โ
โLoved the comfy, cozy, antique style of the room we had, which was very clean. The bar area and dining inviting, with option to eat out on the porch. Very quiet, and the staff are friendly and awesome. We will stay there again! Where someone might want more modern place, or more eminities, we enjoyed quaint, basic, very sweet place. It has history and you can feel it..and maybe,,, hear it. ๐ I did.โ
