Fair value, too remote and poor menu in restaurant

the first thing that stuck us was how out of town this type of accommodation is. That applies to all Masseria hotels. The rooms are situated around a pretty courtyard. The rooms are basic and of reasonable size. There are no facilities for making tea/coffee. However, there is a fridge. A small sitting area is outside each room. There is no bar here and the restaurant does not open till 8 pm. the reception can provide wine or coffee. We bought our own beer and kept in in fridge in room. The staff in the restaurant were not great on understanding or speaking English. There is a huge pool, but everyone is required to wear a swimming hat. We did not go in:(

Notre séjour a été une déception profonde. La chambre, bien que spacieuse et dotée d’un patio, manquait de confort : la pression de la douche était quasi inexistante et le réceptacle était cassé. La décoration etait cheap. Les soirées étaient marquées par des fêtes bruyantes qui perturbaient notre calme bien mérité. Le petit déjeuner, quant à lui, était assez sommaire. Pour couronner le tout, nous avons eu l'impression d'être mal accueillies, ce qui a ajouté à notre sentiment de désenchantement.

Struttura bellissima. Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte. Check-in perfetto, rapido. Camera molto più grande di quello che ci aspettavamo e con arredi migliori di quelli visti in foto il che ci ha stupiti positivamente. Piscina bella, grande e con profondità differenti tutte ben segnalate. Lettini riservati come ospiti dell’hotel. L’unico peccato (dovuto alla maleducazione dei frequentatori) è trovare carta e bicchieri di plastica sparsi nel prato adiacenti e, cosa ancora più grave sigarette tipo iqos abbandonate nel prato. Le fumo anche io e, nell’impossibilità di gettarle le inserisco nel pacchetto in attesa di una pattumiera, non ci vuole molto. Colazione buonissima e più che soddisfacente. L’unica pecca la cena, al check-in ci è stata proposta la mezza pensione a 35€ a persona per 3 portate o il menù alla carta. Abbiamo optato per il menù alla carta salvo poi scoprire che questa era molto striminzita. 2 antipasti, 2 primi e 2 secondi tra i quali oltretutto avremmo potuto scegliere avessimo optato per la mezza pensiome. Cucina comunque buona anche se mi aspettavo qualche piatto tipico. Leggendo le recensioni temevo di trovare caps invece, avendo soggiornato di martedì, ho trovato un oasi di pace e tranquillità. Ci tornerei sicuramente ma cenerei altrove

Piscina fantastica

Struttura gradevole in mezzo alla campagna pugliese. Camere non gvrandissime ma confortevoli (nella nostra c'era la doccia con idromassaggio) con piccolo spazio terrazzino antistante, che ruotano intorno a un cortile- giardino. Piscina splendida, grandissima, suddivisa in zone di diversa profondità, con vasca idromassaggio; gradevole la sistemazione con gazebo. Piuttosto essenziale la prima colazione, solo dolce.

Splendida location

La masseria e' splendida, ben curata e con un piacevolissimo giardino da cui si accede alle camera con ingresso indipendente. Il letto e' comodo ed il bagno bellissimo. fuori dalla porta c'e' un tavolino con sedie per ogni stanza. La colazione molto varia ed abbondante, l'unica pecca che posso segnalare e' la mancanza di qualsiasi tipo di materiale informativo turistico sulle cose da fare o vedere in zona e dei receptionist troppo distaccati e freddi. Un oasi di relax immersa nel verde degli ulivi

Complesso molto grande, dotato di piscina, parcheggio privato e ben due ristoranti. Grande spazio verde molto curato. Colazione a buffet abbondante. Camera e bagno spaziosi, molto puliti. Personale molto disponibile.

Schönes Hotel !

Zunächst einmal das Positive : Wunderschöne, gepflegte Hotelanlage, sehr freundliches Personal, für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gutes Frühstück (von Wurst über Käse, Marmelade, Nutella, frische Brötchen, Frühstückssaft, Mineralwasser, Kuchen, Croissants, Zerealien, Butter, Obst, Joghurt, auf Wunsch Omelett war alles vorhanden). das angeschlossene Restaurant ist ebenso empfehlenswert. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden. Nun das Negative : Die Hotelanlage liegt 5 km( !) von einem kleinen Ort (Trulli) entfernt, Putignano ist 10 km entfernt, Bari ungefähr 40 km entfernt. Das Hotel liegt inmitten von Feldern, sonst gibt es nichts. Eine Bus- oder Bahnverbindung gibt es ebenfalls nicht, sodass das Hotel UNBEDINGT einen Mietwagen vorrausetzt ! Mehr Negatives gibt es nicht.

Beautiful buildings and surroundings but bad stay

Bygningene og hagene i seg selv er vakre (stort alle de flotte hagen var låst igjen med jern-porter med hengelås) men det hjelper så lite når ingenting annet fungerer. Stort sett sure ansatte, minimal info om hotellets regler og tilbud, ingen room-service. Ingen info om at man måtte reservere både bord i restauranten for å få seg middag eller solsenger nær bassenget ellers ble man henvist til solsenger lengre bak. For å kunne bade i bassenget måtte man dessuten kjøpe badehette i resepsjonen. Jeg ble dermed tilsnakket av en badevakt grunnet dette men ingen hadde fortalt oss noen ting om reglene. Man kunne ikke ta med seg mat og drikke ned til bassenget eller til sin egen terrasse og det var i det hele tatt et ganske traurig opphold. En ting som reddet oppholdet litt var resaturanten. Der var de ansatte svært profesjonelle og maten var utsøkt.

Ottimo il ristorante. Nel frigorifero non c'era acqua ed era spento nonostante la pubblicità di questo optional sul Vs sito. In generale pernottamento medio ma troppo costoso rispetto al servizio.

Lovely place once we found it. Really beautiful place in the middle of olive groves. Manicured grounds, big pool, good restaurant, buffet breakfast with good choice. Rooms are all in separate single storey building with own patio and chairs. Good bathrooms. Perfect venue for a wedding. Power cut in the night and no wifi but could have been due to thunderstorm brewing. Excellent value. In fact, loved it!
