It was an experience I never expected from a Marriot Hotel.
I still don't understand why they offered me to bring our bags to the room if I had to wait for them for more than a half hour. I got my luggage after I called them several times.
The reservation was for two persons, but the room was prepared just for one, and I had to call them again and asked for an additional pair of sleepers and bathrobe. But nothing happened. When I called them again, the lady told it would take a while since they were very busy.
The cosmetic tissues were just three pieces ...
On one day, they did not empty the trash can in the room and replaced some amenities.
I had to bring the trash can down to the front desk by myself.
On the last day, I needed to print out and when I asked the staff at the concierge, he sent me the business center, where a printer was waiting for me with a kind notice of the hotel stating it was out of order and the guests are kindly requested to ask the concierge to help them print out. So I had to go back to the concierge etc.
