This is a good hotel, it’s breakfast is smaller with less options than other Scandic hotels, with less opportunities for food compared to other airport Scandic hotels. We didn’t have a way to eat supper at the hotel.

This is the best Scandic I’ve stayed at so far (out of 3). The property is clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the amenities are very nice if you choose to use them (the spa and pool have fees). My only complaint is the location is a long walk to public transportation for exploring Copenhagen. The airport shuttle works for airport pick ups and drop offs only, and it is small so you must book in advanced to secure your seat. The family room was very large and I liked the large shower and good hot water pressure. The front desk staff were decent, but not excellent. The breakfast staff were excellent.

Booked because of the hotel shuttle to the airport and didn't read the fine print that the shuttle has to be booked 48 hours prior. When I tried to call the hotel from the airport I could never get the English translation although I kept pressing the correct number for it. Wound up taking a taxi to the hotel and was able to book the shuttle for the morning. Everything else was perfect, clean, modern. I appreciated the toiletries in the bathroom, as we found they are not readily available in other hotels in Denmark.
