"The rooms were clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We felt like we had a personalized experience with the fishing advice given, shown the good spots and ideas for activities. We feel we got to know the staff well and enjoyed our stay. The menu was good.
The WiFi was a little interrupted but they did their best to accommodate our needs. "

DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Hotel Fiji - Sonaisali Island

"A family of 4 with kids 11 and 8, loved the stay at Doubletree. We stayed there for four days at a beach front bure with two king beds. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the people working there were all friendly and courteous.
It is a secluded island and the boat ride to the resort is about less than 3 minutes, so it is very safe and there are no strayed cats/dogs.
The pool was perfect for my kids to play and there were enough activities for the families to enjoy. We watched a coconut husking demo and kids rode horses for less than an hour which was only $20 Fijian dollars per kid.
The breakfast was amazing as there were a great selection of food including made to order omelettes, variety of breads, fresh fruits, vegetables and meats, espresso coffee maker, and variety of cheese and yogurts. We tried the seafood fiesta buffet and everything was very tasty!
We would definitely stay here again when we visit Fiji again."
"Many restaurants, bars, in- house activities and swimming pools to choose from. Very comfortable and large beds. Great internet access throughout the Hotel complex. Easy to get around with taxi's organised at the foyer. The friendliest and accomodating staff were exceptional.

"Absolutely fantastic value for money. Lovely resort that’s great for families or couples. Not over crowded. Fantastic snorkeling and reef walks.
If you are after the true Fijian experience without needing all the luxury amenities….you have come here to experience the Fiji islands after all…this is paradise.

"Staff were anazing, property is so well looked after and cared for and it shows. Power point in our room wasnt working but was fixed right away! Convenient water and ice machine, coffee machine in room, robes and amenities make it feel very luxurious. Dining renarkable with 3 restaurants on site. Beds comfy but pillows a little too soft. Entertaiinment around resort incredible. Everything about this hotel is top motch ! "
"The resort has great activities like snorkeling, and kayaking. The cultural activities were also great to experience. I was glad to find that there was an adults only portion of the resort. As a solo traveler it was nice to get away from the bustling of families. "
"Great pool to lounge around & relax - just need alot more sun loungers as they were always full, would have been great to have more options for pool side massages (cheaper too)
Slow service for table ordering,had to ask for water a few times before actually getting it. Staff always friendly though,just Fiji time"
