hotel with very clean rooms bath and beds. Very helpful front desk staff. I arrived at the hotel one hour before my scheduled checkin time. The staff made me wait that hour in order to get room ready which was fair enough although not convenient. This is the first time in my life I visit a "4 star" hotel in which 1. I could not control the Air conditioner temperature down to cool the room on a 37 degrees C hot day. 2. No complementary coffee in the room. 3. The shower...
