"The room was clean, the view was beautiful. The "kitchen" had a microwave, mini fridge and sink. Do not assume you'll have a stove or means of doing anything more than microwave cooking. I feel this was misleading. Staff was ok? not terribly responsive. The wifi that was ample at the lobby was non existent in the third floor suites. We only were told "ill make a note of that." Even so - I'd go back. The view is stunning and the suite is beautiful. "

"The hotel itself is quite nice, nicely detailed rooms with privacy blinds. Very clean and spacious. Large bathroom. Staff was very personable and efficient. The only thing that was missing was a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Even without those amenities, i would give this place a 9.5 out of 10."

"rooms ac is terrible , it cant go lower than 69.it is also very loud , it kick on and off so it doesn't keep the room at a constant temperature. I could also hear people in the room below me coughing so the walls seem to be very thin . Breakfast was the standard , you get at most places . Room service came by only once during my 5 day stay . "This hotel was well below our expectations. It makes an impression when the elevator doesn’t work, 2 of our 4 day stay the breakfast didn’t include eggs. Our room needs a handyman, floor tile loose in the bath, carpet patched together, and shower floor looked dirty but it was stains (still not a good feeling when you have to determine if the bath floor and shower are dirty or stained). Hilton…you need to get your act together. We paid over $1k for 4 days and it felt like we were camping and working around what was lacking. This is not the first time Hilton has disappointed. No more Hilton stays for us. The Hilton name is not synonymous with quality - AT ALL. "

"The room was never cleaned. There was fecal matter on the toilet. And live and dead roaches on the floor, shower and refrigerator. I went immediately to office to complain and ask for another room. Per A Richard Patel ( female ) she told me they were booked and she can come and clean the room later. I told her if that is your way of cleaning no thanks, so she gave me a bunch of cleaning products and I cleaned myself. Slept with lights on because of the roaches and left the next morning. Got in touch with Expedia and complained. But I was not granted a refund. "

"for the price, room was average, service was average. Charged for resort fee (twice) only stayed one night, late fall everything is really not active in the resort so why the fee, restaurant charged $30 for a glass of Chardonnay when there were other options that were never offered by the bartender."
