"We had an issue with our reservation. By the time we got to the hotel, we found out that a change we'd made to our accommodations hadn't been made, and it would have cost us another $1,000 to stay in the room that hadn't been changed. The staff at Clayton Hotel were accommodating and helped us to change to the room we had booked. We were given a nice room, and the cost was what we expected. My only criticism is the room temperature. It was always humid and muggy, but we were given a fan to help with the temperature."
