"I would highly recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located right off the freeway, with plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was large, the beds were comfortable, and there is a fantastic free continental breakfast. There is a pool, gym and laundry facilities. And the price is very reasonable."

"This is a nice and modestly priced hotel a short trip to everything at the University of Florida. I booked for parents weekend at a decent price when other hotels had overly inflated prices and since I needed to visit earlier, I decided to do a test run and am happy with my decision for parents weekend versus driving in from Ocala or paying 5 times the normal price. I saw a few negative reviews that have little merit in my opinion. This is not the south of France! This is Gainesville, Florida. I didn’t see any dangerous looking people in the parking lot. The hotel is secure with keyed entry points and is across the street from a credit union with other commercial buildings near by. This is not the Taj Mahal, but you won’t find that anywhere near Gainesville, Florida. I enjoyed my stay and will be back soon."

"Very accommodating staff. We got there before check in and they gave us a different room without question. They had popcorn and cookies available for free too which was great! The breakfast was alright. Small selection but didnt expect much given the small scale of the hotel. The shower had some hair in it that wasnt ours... but overall a decent stay"
