Poor customer service at from desk Room is not what was reserved. I reserved a non-smoking room but they assigned a smoking room Hotel didn't have working AC The room didn't have a safe as statedin the room desxription. The area is sort of remote

If you are a traveller, carrying a 23 kilos luggage, the walk from Almeda Station of the Metro is quite far. The only redeeming thing about this hotel is its proximity to Splau Mall.Elevator was too small. Rooms were average.unacceptable AC
