"Everything was okay. They made the rooms every day, which was nice. My room had a slow tub drain. I removed the stopper that allows you to stop water from draining, which helped. I am surprised that they did nothing to correct the issue. I left the stopper out, which was obvious to see. If they run the water, it fills up immediately."

"Stayed here for one night during IMSA races. Room was fine and clean. Nothing special but bed was comfy and a/c worked well. Whole online/virtual check in thing was a little confusing at times but I eventually figured it out and property did respond to my questions. Creamery built in to hotel so it did get a little noisy at times but by bedtime all was quiet. Also it’s a perfect location in heart of Watkins Glen "

"Lauren was an absolute legend. Knowing she may not have been onsite when we got there she called me in the. To let me know. Left the key for me and came to see us afterwards. The room was great. Clean, updated and comfortable. The bed and pillows are the best I have had the pleasure of sleeping in. Lots of hot water, although the water pressure is a little.on the low side but none the less great stay all around. Will certainly stay there again if passing through. "
