"The staff at the resort were very nice and welcoming, which was appreciated. However, the overall experience fell short in several areas. Our room was not as clean as expected, specifically, the shower was still dirty upon arrival. It’s also worth noting that the hotel does not provide an airport shuttle, which can be inconvenient for travelers. The pools were just okay, and the water park had very limited hours. It didn’t open until 10 AM one day and 11 AM on another, and it closes at 5 PM. This left many kids waiting around with little to do, which was frustrating. Overall, while the staff was pleasant, the cleanliness and limited amenities made the stay disappointing. "

"This was our 2nd stay here. Definitely one of our favorite places to stay in Negril. Great beach and perfect location. The mattress and pillows in our room this time was the only complaint, they were really bad and need replaced for sure. The staff is great. Food and drinks wonderful. "
