Had a serious issue when I checked in however the staff worked hard to fix the problem I the end the out come was satisfactory for me and good work from the reception staff to salvage the situation I will stay here again

Our customer service experience was stellar here! There seemed to be a miscommunication when checking in where we were given one room with a triple bed, instead of the two doubles I paid for. The front desk ended up upgrading to a even larger suite free of charge, that had a little bit more separation. Even helped us get an impromptu shuttle the following day to the airport after a flight change. So grateful for this team and their help!

Avevamo scelto questa struttura perché dava la possibilità di avere una camera familiare e visto che siamo una famiglia con tre bambini ci sembrava la soluzione migliore. Al nostro arrivo però ci dicono che la stanza che avevamo prenotato (con oltre 4 mesi di anticipo) non era disponibile e ci hanno diviso in due stanze: una al seminterrato (con vista sul muro…) e una al terzo piano quindi neanche vicine. Le stanze non sono dotate di frigo bar nè di asciugacapelli che non è disponibile neanche su richiesta! Abbiamo provato a dare fiducia al servizio ristorazione ordinando il pranzo, dopo venti minuti ci hanno comunicato che una delle pietanze richieste non era disponibile e quindi abbiamo cambiato chiedendo una mango salad. Dopo un quarto d’ora ci dicono che il mango era finito e quindi abbiamo dovuto cambiare nuovamente. Il cibo alla fine é arrivato un’ora dopo e comunque ci hanno servito 4 portate sulle 5 ordinate Ultima ciliegina sulla torta: è la prima struttura in cui se non metti il cartello di rifare la stanza non te la ripuliscono!

Estadia confortável em El Nido

Cama e lençóis confortáveis, chuveiro bom e ar condicionado potente. O Wi-fi também era bom. Gostamos de algumas comodidades como as toalhas de praia, o transfer de ida e volta para o aeroporto (pagamento a parte) e o bar da piscina. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo mas ao mesmo tempo silenciosa para um bom descanso.
