The room was fine and plenty clean other than 1 roach climbing wall. The staff was great. The Downstairs common area was pretty filthy and filled with what appeared to be permanent residents having parties with bottles of liquor spread around. Children were wandering hotel unsupervised. The hotel appeared to be vastly understaffed.

It's a good place to stay. Easy to get to rhe shopping malls and downtown. Not to far from the airport.

I like to stay at this hotel because it is clean and the staff are awesome. This hotel offers you a quick way to get to shopping locations and where you can get something to eat.

I would stay again.
The hotel is generally nice. The grounds are cllean and the lobby area is lovely. The room I was in had some mold but it wasnt bad enough to effect me. The in room safe was broken. It took a little longer to get hot water. However the staff is very considerate and friendly. All that said, I wouls stay again

When calling the hotel got hung up on twice, the bathroom light kept flickering, the refrigerator freezer tray was missing. The breakfast has went way downhill. Sure has changed a lot in 12 months.

The hard-boiled eggs tasted rubbery. I would prefer if the bedroom was not carpeted. The towels in the bathroom were stored too close to the toilet and who knows what gets onto the towel when the toilet is flushed? The staff members were quite friendly and helpful. I like that the bedding was comfortable. Overall the place appeared very clean.

I like the location there was places to eat in walking distance and the breakfast was good and the room was clean and smells good. I would book this hotel again

Found people at night outside drinking which I was okay with but when they are urinating in the bushes. Not cool at all

Priced higher than it should
Felt very dingy , restroom was rough, pieces of hairs left throughout restroom. At least the A/C was cold and kids enjoyed the breakfast selection.

The front office staff was terrible. I had to great them, I had to wait on them to finish their personal conversation. We requested access to the pool because it was locked. No one ever showed up to open the pool.
