Arrived Wednesday 5/8/23 evening, had evening shower hot water running good. Thursday morning shower NO hot water before going to work, came back from work, NO hot water. Friday morning shower before work NO hot water, last day with the room, wow, Saturday morning shower luke warm water, yeah finally when I’m leaving. Let the front desk employee know about the hot water ISSUE, his response was “I’ll write it down”, as working in retail, I know about Customer Service, at this point there was NONE! I would have offer a reimbursement of a day or try to make BAD incident BETTER! They DID NOT HAVE ROOM SERVICE thru the day! This is SIGN at the front desk! When does a Hotel let their Guests stay in their room without making or refreshing the bed and room. Their idea of room service is leaving at the TV desk 3 plastic cups, 2 little tubes of shampoo & 2 little bars of body soap! Wyndham made a bad decision in taking this property under its umbrella! This is My review and it’s a FACT!
