Thomas, We want to apologize regarding your stay. In fact, we did offer to go to your room and fix the problem but declined us from going into your room. When you do not allow us to go into your room and do preventative maintenance to fix the issue we will do not issue any compensation. After checkout the maintenance team did go in and found that the tub and the sink drains were properly draining correctly so false information does not give any type of discount.
