“This is the 2nd time we have stayed at The Grand Hyett , previously as the Dreams. Nothing has changed, we love the preferred club rooms, the concept of the lounge, being able to nip and make a coffee or have sandwich. The rooms are amazing, with a massive big TV , filled mini bar to be used free of charge, lovely toiletries, slippers, dressing gowns etc, all that you would expect from a hotel of this standard. We had a lovely room overlooking the adult only pool and the Rubicam Marina, it is...

“Vriendelijk personeel. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt.

“Excellent amenities, helpful staff and good location. Only downside was a significant ant problem, although highlighted to reception they sent maintenance to clean/spray one day, it continued to attract ants. From pool conversations appears it's a problem in most accommodations not isolated, therefore dont leave anything on floor! Quiet/not too crowded late September. Breakfast okay, not well layed out but works.”

“I experienced multiple issues during my stay, including poor hygiene (water leaking from the bathroom ceiling with visible mould, and an insect found in food), excessive noise from unannounced maintenance work, and very inconsistent customer service. I was moved to a lower-category room than booked and had to unpack and repack my luggage multiple times due to unclear communication. Despite these issues being caused by the hotel, there was no clear apology or confirmed compensation. As a result,...

“Independent resort apart from city facilities. Good for family”

“All of the hotel is clean. Staff are very welcoming. The hotel is very family friendly. We've been here several times and have enjoyed each experience.”

“Sehr gutes Hotel in jeder Beziehung.

“Third time visiting, the room and view weren’t the best this time, however a lovely hotel.”
