“We enjoyed our stay at this spotlessly clean property. Communication was excellent and the keyless entry system which was from an app on our phone was perfect. The location of this property was very central in the historic district. The apartment suites are only a year old and thoughtfully designed. We would highly recommend this property for those wishing to explore beautiful Cadiz. ”

“Desde el principio Alejandro ha sido super atento en cualquier duda que hemos tenido. Tanto antes de llegar, como durante nuestra estancia. Con respecto a las instalaciones están muy bien, mejor que en las fotografias. Si que es cierto que esta todo muy neutro con respecto a la decoración, es un edificio fantastico, así como los apartamentos y no se le esta sacando todo el potencial que tiene. Dar algun toque de color en los apartamentos y en la recepción incrementaría aún más el valor y tambien...

“What great appartments which really undersell themselves. They have far more internal equipment than listed and key for us was the washing machine which meant we could clean all our holiday clothing up to that stay and during our 4 night stay. The rooms are spacious and you really get a home from home feel therein, much more relaxing than hotel rooms. They are located in amongst the maze of pretty side streets which make up Cadiz and are close to many bars and restaurants. It is a short walk...

“Absolutely great apartment. Stayed for 2 nights so didn’t use all of the amenities, just basically a bed! Unfortunately there is a ‘shots bar’ right beside the property which is open until 4. We had very little sleep because the noise was pretty bad. Such a shame because the location and property are great. ”

“It was an apartment-style hotel, so I could wash it, and there was a flamenco bar and Mercado nearby, so it was very comfortable. It was nice to enjoy the sunset of the Atlantic Ocean because it was close to the beach.”

“Loved loved loved our stay here. I traveled with my two teenage children...the apartment was beautiful, cozy and had everything we needed for our 3 days. It was also located within walking distance of most "center" Jerez. We rented a car because we are driving other places, apartment had an underground parking garage (for fee) that was quite convenient...don't bring a large car! Car elevator was a first for us lol. “25 years ago this place might have been a great place. It looks like a place that went bankrupt and a lot of apartments sold to different people - some rented out here as a hotel, some for sale and some not renovated. Inside your room, many things are out of order and the kitchen equipment consists of stuff left by other renters. If the owners just slept 1 night they would now and if they spend a few hours in IKEA, made a welcome letter and painted the apartment, and fixed all the broken...

“Me gustó mucho el personal lo amable que es y a quienes son por lo que volveré a ir a ese hotel. Lo que no me gustó son las actuaciones que terminan muy pronto y no dejan ningún DJ o música para seguir en modo de discoteca. Aconsejo que se llevéis o tenían algún tipo de repelente o matamosquitos el hotel en las habitaciones, nos matan a picotaso ”
