“Spacious, comfortable apartment in a beautiful building and a great location. The apartment has lots of room and everything you need to be comfortable for your stay. The building itself is like a tropical hideaway - quiet and lots of plants and water. The rooftop pool is clean and has a great view. We had a problem with the shower drain and they sent someone immediately to fix it, very attentive and the communication before check in was thorough. ”

“Horrible experience. Sadly Casa Mara still is offering accomodation over the web that is not availbale when you arrive. (see older feedback of other - rejected - guests) THough having a confirmed booking - Casa Mara had no room available. Furthermore the lady at the reception was very rude and pretended she couldn´t speak english - though she spoke perfectly with others. Spoke very loud with me - though I stayed polite all the time and kept me waiting for 1 1/2 hours. Even worse: When...

“American man, Colombian wife, 2 American teenage boys: Overall the apartment was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and within walking distance to the entire city and beaches. Nice pool within the complex as well. It was quiet at night even though you're in the heart of the city walls. A few minor miscommunications with management, but nothing that impacted our stay in a negative manner. Overall, very happy with this apartment. ”
