Even if you are not into horses, a visit to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art is worth your while. This is the covered ring where the proud dancing horses perform. Build in 1980 in Andalusian style, it can hold up to 1600 people (says a sign).  Come early to watch the practice before the show. The great weather kept us from visiting the two museums on the grounds. Tip: great coffee in the bar on the other side of the building! https://www.realescuela.org/en/

Cadiz has the best beaches in the South of Spain - Atlantic Ocean, white sand, dunes and pine trees. Cadiz coastline is not ruined by construction like Costa del Sol. It often gets windy there, making it a favourite spot for kite surfers. So if you just want to lay on the beach, check the weather forecast for the strength of winds. #BeachBound
