"This hotel was an absolute lifesaver! I arrived last minute, late at night, and the receptionist kindly stayed late just to welcome me and check us in. The location is fantastic—less than a 5-minute walk to the port of Palau. Many of the rooms offer beautiful water views, which was such a nice surprise. It’s a no-frills hotel, but it’s incredibly clean, has air conditioning throughout, and includes breakfast. What really sets it apart is the warm and welcoming staff—they go above and beyond. For the price, this place is a gem!"

"The staff was very attentive, buffet breakfast and lunch/dinner options were excellent, beach was amazing, very comfortable lounge chairs at the beach (most beach resort hotels don't offer comfortable lounge chair cushions), great bed in the room, beautiful view from the balcony, etc...The only request that I would make to the hotel is to heat up the pool a bit as it was quite cold even with the hot Sardinian sun. "

I'd upgrade the toiletries as they were very average for a 5* resort and a hair dryer was something you'd find in a 3* hotel. These are minor things though, we had a wonderful time and would come back. Staff was also incredibly helpful and attentive."
