“Our stay was nice! Overall, I would return but there were a few not so great things. 1. The beds are very hard (typical of Italy). 2. The toilet in our room dripped 24/7. 3. The hotel restaurant has a very strange dinner menu. 4. The shower temperature fluctuated and went boiling hot out of no where. 5. Not a lot of pool chairs. 6. Paying 40 euros for an umbrella and chairs at the private beach they own as hotel guest seems unnecessary. 7. The sand on their private beach was full of wood...

“Das Zimmer war super sauber & wurde jeden tag gründlich gereinigt. Das Personal war super zuvorkommend. Von dem leckeren Frühstück mit einer riesigen Auswahl & der super Bar, brauche ich gar nicht erst anfangen. Das Hotel ist wirklich eine 1 mit Stern! Wir kommen definitiv wieder. “Das Hotel liegt circa 10 Minuten Autofahrt von der Stadt. Es gibt kein Restaurants in der nahe und man braucht ein Auto für das Abendessen oder den Strand. Es gibt einen Bus Service von dem Hotel. Das Zimmer ist sauber aber es ist nicht wirklich ein 4 Sterne Hotel Zimmer. Man kriegt nur Showergel. Die Personals beim Frühstücken waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant für das Abendessen war okay. Das Pool ist sehr gut aber man muss den Badetücher von dem Hotel mieten. 30 Euro pro Woche...

“Nice hotel, but the staff really needs to decide if they want to be in hospitality. The majority of the staff never says hello or goodbye. They won’t even acknowledge you. They have very limited relationships with local restaurants, so they can’t help you get a table. Overall, the service is very unfriendly, and the front desk makes you feel like you’re bothering them. If you'd like to charge and advertise like a 5 Star, please provide 5 Star service. The worst part is that they charge €10...
