Staff were very helpful. Was a good place to stop to sleep for one night. The sheets were clean. There was a long hair on the baseboard in the bathroom. The sitting area was very cozy. Seemed to be many items missing at the breakfast. Over all a one night stay would be sufficient for me

A place for a good night sleep. Nothing special. Just good beds and friendly staff. Breakfast eggs are the only healthy option. It's great that they allow dogs given that there are not too many options out there for families with pets.

Stayed 2 nights and breakfast was good in a large open room with lots of seating. Room was quiet and we were in the mountain view building 3rd floor, so had a view of the top of some mountains. Traffic on street was busy during day but quiet at night.

Property is much older than it appears in the picture. But considering that, it is well-maintained and exceptionally clean. Interior of the room doesn't look as old (in fact the decor feels quite new/updated) as the building itself however, you can still tell that it is "old" by the odor and the look of the corridor. Definitely over-priced in my opinion albeit the stay is satisfactory

We were in a nice clean room with daily housekeeping service. Our suite was accessible so the walk in shower was a nice touch. Great staff and a nice property that is centrally located in Courtenay. We have stayed there several time while in Courtenay 5 Stars.
