“Air conditioner was good for 1 day then I changed it to heat and that was also good. The temperature was 85 degrees then got cold. I stayed on the first floor for the first time and got a room with a comfortable long lounge chair. The hotel very clean and staff was extremely accommodating and superbly attentive to my every need. They gave me free bottled water, coffee & Tea 24/7. I forgot my toothpaste and they had one for me on the house. If I had to say something bad… The only thing I could...

“This was the worst branded property I have stayed at in many years. ”

“The property was beautiful but the rooms could use a little TLC. We didn't have hot water so showers were a bit uncomfortable. Tile grout in the bathroom was very old and dirty. Overall the stay was nice but not really worth the price ”

Husband ask lthe front desk about the lounge area outback and was told the propane pump for the heater did not work. Key card did not allow him to enter back into hotel once he walked out there had to walk around hotel to re enter. My husband told the lady at front desk he was not able to re enter with key card she said sorry...
