“the hotel was not available in Ilesa and I paid online with my card. Pls IBIS should not allow scammers to use there name with fake addresses again. I wasted 2hrs searching for the hotel before it was confirmed that the hotel does not exist in ilesa”

I was looked after as I thought it was not safe.
I was wrong it was safe and clean.
But I think the generator is at night only.
Also, ask them to fix the tap in bathroom.
I was out during the day so hey fine by me.

“Expedia first of all you are yet to refund my money money for hotel despite the hotel confirming to you that i didnt lodge there. As for the receptionist their reception was appauling to say the least.
On arrival all they told me despite showing evidence of payment was that they are fully booked and they dont know Expedia.”

“The staff were very unfriendly. They tried to put us in a very small room with a bunk bed when we had booked a double bedroom. The beds were never made, no soap. No replacement towels. No bins in the room.”
