“What a beautiful hotel this was. I stayed with my daughter in our first visit to Florence and the room was just as pictured in the photos we’d seen online. The bathroom had a pleasant surprise as we got to experience the bidet- so refreshing. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Our flight got pushed back by a day and they allowed us to extend our room with just a very small charge. They also helped daily with Taxi and was super friendly. Would definitely recommend this property!”

“I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures. The hotel staff were cordial and helpful during check-in. The Guesthouse itself was nicely decorated, not overly so. I liked the the loft apartment.
