"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely polite and professional, making us feel very welcome from start to finish. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the heating was amazing — we felt warm and cosy throughout our stay. We also dined at the restaurants and the food was really tasty, with excellent service. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this stay to others."

"It's a lovely place with a pleasant views of the mountains and the garden area. The hot water tap for the bathtub was hit or miss (sometimes it was hot, sometimes cool) and the shower door didn't close all the way. Everything was clean. The staff checked in via email to make sure I had everything I needed, and that check in went okay. The room was spacious with high ceilings. The large bathtub was quite nice. The radiators all worked great. The internet was almost nonexistent, but I had phone...
