"My stay started on a positive note. Upon entering the property, the staff was pleasant, welcoming and well prepared for the busy college family weekend. The room smelled fresh and clean, the temperature was set perfectly, which made for a comfortable first impression.
The shower was well stocked with amenities, though the water pressure was weaker than expected. I also reached out to the hotel’s AI assistant for printing services and was directed to a business center. However, when I checked with the front desk, the area designated as the “Business Center” did not actually have any equipment installed. The front desk staff did try to assist, but in the end I had to complete the printing arrangements on my own.
Overall, the hotel offered a clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff, but the inaccurate information about business services, the basic breakfast and the weak shower pressure were disappointments."
