“The entire property is well maintained. By the time you walk in, you feel the cozy and relaxing atmosphere. I loved the place. Both breakfast and dinner were tasty with many options.”

“The gym and pool were good but busy. It's a walk out of town, maybe 20 mins walk to the train station. Very nice staff, bar staff were particularly friendly and welcoming. Had a minor cleanliness issue with my room. They didn't correct it and didn't offer any recompense for it. Not my hair on the chair!”

“Welcoming staff, the room was great with a relaxing view of the country park. Hardly any noise heard, which is always good. Good breakfast selection. Also, accessible disabled parking and all areas were accessible. ”

“The room was really spacious and clean. It was a little bit old as the carpet was a bit worn in places which was a shame. The pool area was nice and was well maintained. The breakfast was regularly stocked which was a bonus as some hotels are very slow at refreshing the breakfast! All in all, a nice hotel on beautiful grounds. Would stay again”

“We went for breakfast at 9 am, it closed at 10 and the hot food that was out needed replenishing. What was there had been sitting a while. Staff in reception, spa and restaurant were excellent and the best part of the stay. The hotel needs updating, rusty pipes in the pool area, padlocks given to lock lockers, dated decor in rooms etc. It isn’t a 4* property.”
