“Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly attentive staff from concierge and shuttle service to ski fitting, housekeeping and restaurant team, all impeccable. Enjoyed the views and amenities in the suite and super handy location for skiing, easy 5 minute walk to gondola and 10 min walk in to town. Would stay again.”

“Brand new clean functional and very comfortable room. Spacious comfortable public areas in hotel. Excellent healthy breakfast. Very friendly welcoming manager. I enjoyed a nightly supper in the restaurant- - food was excellent and reasonably priced. Convenient shuttle bus to and from the slopes with bus stop 1 minute from the hotel. The slopes are walkable - - probably 8-10 minutes but I preferred the shuttle bus given my age. The skiing at Crans-Montana was excellent. Overall a wonderful stay....
