“The hotel was nice, staff was pretty helpful. Dislike that we could not park at the hotel until we checked in even though spaces were available.”

“We stayed here two nights for a concert in Dewey Beach. The room was small but since we were not at the hotel much that didn’t matter. Amenities were as expected and parking was easy. There is no elevator so we had to carry suitcases up the stairs but this wasn’t a huge issue. Would stay here again!”

“Great location in updated property. Avoid room 201 for street noise. They were nice to switch us to 202. Otherwise great experience and would stay there again.”

“The room was very nice. The only thing was the bathroom was a little smaller and difficult to maneuver. The bathroom door should have opened to the outside instead of the inside which would have been a little bit easier to get in and out of.”

“It was a really great location and in walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. We also enjoyed that it was pet friendly. However it could have been a little cleaner. Some on the blankets had stains and most of the pillows had no pillow cases. The tv in both rooms rarely worked and the floor had black dog hair all over. It’d be a really nice place if they did some upgrading. For over $200 a night I thought it would have been a little nicer. We enjoyed ourselves and made the best of the time...

“Very comfortable beds. Excellent overall.”

“Clean room, coffee maker, mini fridge, easy to use tv. Air/heater a little noisy but working fine, comfortable king bed, Ice machine on ground floor. Close to bars & restaurants. Quiet location depending on your sleep habits.”

“Room was clean, staff was helpful, an average Breakfast . easy and safe parking”

“I like that they have suites for larger families. They offer a continental breakfast but only until 9:30am. There is no reason they can’t leave the stuff out at least until checkout time.”

“Brand new property, well maintained. Close to the attractions we were there to visit.”
