“I was surprised there was no air conditioning in our room. I would not have booked a hotel in the heat of August that didn’t have air conditioning. Surprisingly the hallways and lobby were freezing and definitely had air conditioning. Because of this, my stay was not comfortable and I would not book a room here again.”
