"Room was clean and staff were great. However, the heat was blasting all night. No matter what we did, it would not turn off. It was set at 28 C which is around 80 F…..Extremely hot!! We tried calling but the room phone didn’t connect and it was extremely late. "

"We were bothered upon check-in to go to a timeshare presentation. There were multiple hairs present in different spots in the room. We were checking in with four people and didn't have bedding for the pull out couch bed. The pull out bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The people at the whole resort were nice and the pools were lovely but it was too far to walk to the arcade and fun family pool which were why we booked here. There is a shuttle service for internal transport but I believe a car is needed to make a stay here enjoyable. "
