The worst customer service

The customer service of few hotel workers were horrble. Some ladies really need to learn how to talk to customers. I was not offered to leave my baggage and come back for check in. I offered to leave the bags myself. Nor i was offered to wait the check in time in the lobby because people will be coming. Apparently i dont count as a person. The next day the cleaning lady who doesn't speak English and another administrator tried to kick me out because it says on her paper and i didn't hear any apologies after their mistake. The breakfast next day was not starting at 7 am and nobody told me that. Finally the next day for some reason they want to kick you out at 10 am not at 12.

2nd time there, and honestly still one of the best values I've ever had in Switzerland. The owner is lovely, the place is cleaner than clean, the beds are fantastic, the breakfast is small, but not a single item lacks in quality and the location is perfect, barely 3 minutes by walk from the center and all the public transports (bus, metro & train). As long as it stays so, I'll probably never go anywhere else if staying in the region.
