Very friendly concierge….bed was very comfy!….the room itself though, was very antiquated and had that old smell…the furniture looked dingy & stained….decent & reasonably priced for an overnight stay….

It is right on the edge of town so you’re just a couple minutes from the middle of town. Very quiet place & clean. Staff are very friendly & come check on you to make sure you don’t need anything.

Dated but served its purpose.

Not too many options in Crockett Texas. The holiday inn express is the newest place in town, it was booked up for the Davey Crockett Classic. This used to be the Knights Inn. It’s dated and in need of renovation, but it’s was acceptably clean and available. Doors open to the outdoors, stairs only to the second floor.

Unfortunately, this was the most unpleasant property experiences I’ve had. The parking area outside and exterior of the room was muddy. The room had multiple defects: Paint chips, chipping drywall, broken shower, mold in the bathroom, broken and mismatched bathroom tiles, exposed outlet walls, unclean and burnt hair dryer plug, dirty & chipped floor tile, torn curtains, chipped & dirty door wood and paint, at least two defective outlets and one of two broken lamps, worn out bed mattresses. The front office staff was understanding.

The property is an old one. And it looks like they are beginning to do some renovation to upgrade it. But I can't say that the bed was nice and the sheets were clean. But the overall room itself need to be renovated and updated. The commode seat and the sinks were too low. But otherwise it was okay

This hotel was a dive but it did have a pool. The staff were good. The lock on my door wouldn't work. The master key got stuck in the lock. A manager was called from home and fixed it. Meanwhile, I was standing outside in my PJ's with my dog. The towels were stained. The room smelled of pure Fabuloso. The driveway was a Baja 500. The sheets were clean, there was no closet or iron or hair dryer. It was convenient to stores and food however, I will not stay there again. Shame on Expedia.

This may be the worst hotel experience ever for us. The laminate on the cheap floors is peeling off. There is no place to put your luggage off the floor. I saw a baby roach crawling across the floor. I felt like I needed to wash my feet every time they touched the floor. I couldn't sleep for worrying a roach or bug would be in my bed. The tub was clean. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were good. That's about all I can say good. We'll never be back and I can't believe Travelocity even promotes it.

The staff were friendly and responsive when we had an issue. There was no hair dryer or coffeepot in the room. We did have coffee packets, but no sweetner or creamer. We had to call the front desk to ask for toilet paper. The front desk did send housekeeping with a hairdryer, a coffee pot, and toilet paper. The towels had large holes in them. There was no ice machine on the premises. There was no phone in the room so we had to call the front desk using our mobile phones. The WiFi was not working. The plumbing made loud, rumbling, roaring, noises anytime we, or our neighbors used the water. At first, in the middle of the night, I was awakened thinking that someone was driving through the parking lot with a loud boom box stereo system in their car. The concrete in the parking lot was busted in several places. The room was clean and comfortable and did have a new chair and ottoman. Don't be fooled - This is NOT Courtyard by Marriott!

The room did not look like the pictures, not at all, the sheets were completely dirty, the shower ran out of hot water. went to the bathroom in middle of the night and there was a roach in curtain. We just slept there but most hotels they usually come in and change sheets plus give the customers more towels if youre staying more than one night, but nope no new towels , no change of sheets. I should of got a room at Holiday Inn down the street but was sold on cheaper price and the pictures of a clean and comfortable stay.Dont stay here!!
