Very clean, good standard of decor, excellent bathroom and shower, spacious as a twin room, good availability, plenty of parking, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Good value. Not busy at the time of staying - one week night in October - so maybe just ticking over nicely.

Great location just a gentle stroll to the beach. Coastal path to Sheringham is a nice walk. Walk to Cromer not as picturesque, but the town is lovely.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. However I must comment on your room description on the Expedia site, which stated that a double room was 323 sq ft. The room we were allocated was smaller at just over 200 sq.ft. There was no safe, as advertised on your room description and also, due to the room size the access to the wardrobe was restricted due to the dressing table partially being in the way. Generally speaking, we enjoyed our stay despite the room restrictions.

Couldn’t get food , one night because lack of chef or food. Some bar staff seemed incompetent and unorganised. No complimentary towels available to use in pool on a couple of occasions. Overall very poor especially for the price of the stay

I always go for the Family Garden Room. It is also a disable friendly room. Easy access by scooter to rooms and enough space to move around. The rooms have walk-in showers. The hotel has a swimming pool, though not big, but still it is a nice way to start the day. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Obviously a hotel that’s seen better times since it was built — just now feeling a bit seedy and run down. Room was comfortable — all amenities OK — an excellent walk-in shower but NO SHELF to put things on! Just little niggly things like that which let it down a bit. A passably nice evening meal at the restaurant as well. However — excellent service and assistance from all the staff and for the price I got the room at I was more than satisfied with my stay.

Room was very comfortable and appeared renovated in the past 5 years. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond. Breakfast was a bit below par, dry sausages, limited buffet choice, but the chef was lovely and cooked eggs to order which felt like the only fresh thing available. Not overly child friendly, they are endured rather than welcomed.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean on first impressions but did notice the end of headboard behind the bedside table was stained/mucky and the radiator had something on it. Bedroom carpet stained. Bathroom was clean and tidy. The mattress was very comfortable, seemed larger than a king sized bed, was expecting double bed, so a win win!. The full cooked English Breakfast was ok. Was great that you could order eggs to be cooked fresh, however you wanted them. Perfect poached eggs. Nice relaxing start to the day. Evening meals were very good and the restaurant staff friendly and efficient. Would stay again.

We were given a lovely big room (223) with 3 windows which all had a view of the countryside and one even had distant sea views. The staff were very polite and helpful especially the Receptionist when we arrived. There was plenty of parking available and Cromer, Sheringham and Blakeney are just a short drive away. There are plenty of country walks near the hotel and we walked to Cromer and Sheringham (hard going over the "Beeston Bump" but well worth it). We ate at the hotel one night and the food was excellent as was the service and then walked (about 5 mins) to the Village Inn pub the next night where we again had an excellent meal. We would definitely stay at the Links again.
