โMy stay was extra special as it was the evening before and my wedding day evening. Me and my best friend stayed the Friday and had a lovely meal on the evening. We mentioned to our server that i was getting married in the morning and she brought out a desert with a candle saying congratulations. Was a complete surprise which made it that more special. The room was beautiful and the staff overall so lovely and welcoming. โ
โA simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom.
There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent.
Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful.โ
โRooms was very clean and whilst no frills it had all of the amenities available anyone could need, including for cooking. Safe free parking was ideal. The location of the hotel is excellent. Just beside is the Zoo and Castle. The town centre is a short walk as is The Black Country museumโ
โThought this hotel was great value for money. Had everything i needed for a good night's sleep. Fridge in the room was a bonus but also coffee making facilities tv, wifi, electricity points were all good. Room and shower room were clean All staff at reception and elsewhere were courteous, knowledge and helpful.
Woukd recommend as a budget hotel at a great price (I onky paid ยฃ43 for a Saturday night)โ
โPerfect little place for a stay over, has everything you need, clean and tidy, quiet location.
Could do with improved lighting just outside the apartments courtyard area. โ
โThe hotel was basic and without fridge. Easy access to city centre and bus routes. Easy access to train station. The only problem with hotel was the noise made by toilet and this is all toliets so next door rooms cause a lot of noise and can wake guest in night.โ
